I had a great experience with Divinity Health Consulting. My husband and I are the owners of a Massage Therapy practice and Divinity Consulting helped us over a period of two years with our transition from a recreational massage business to a clinical practice.
The intricacies involved in changing business models and transitioning into a more heavily regulated sector can be both challenging and intimidating. But, the consultant with Divinity Health made the process very smooth and seem attainable.
Lorri walked us through some of the most important steps to standardize processes within our practice. She handled the overwhelming tasks of finding HIPAA compliant clinic software, phone, fax and email services and gave us several options to choose from. Even after her consulting services had ended, she went the extra mile to keep us updated on new federal regulations that may affect our practice and gave suggestions to remain compliant.
I can say that Divinity consulting helped to make transitioning our business in the midst of COVID that much more seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a consultant they can trust!
